Hong Kong Government Endorses CRM Training Reimbursement for $10,000

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on China Business Development training program jointly developed by Informatics Professional Development Centre (IPDC) and EC Council is eligible subsidy from the Continuing Education Fund (CEF) where students can apply for reimbursements of training allowance of up to $10,000.

“Government support not only eases students’ burden financially, it also serves as a means of assurance. It offers confidence to students on the quality of our training and this is one of reasons why our CRM program has been stirring up frenzy in the market. The program are designed for local managers as it consists of EC Council’s world class content as well as China business cases applications, ” explained Catherine Chan, Executive Director, IPDC.”

“In the business world, your ability to win customer loyalty decides your success. The challenge is, customers nowadays are way more sophisticated than they were ten years ago. They always have high expectations and tend not to settle for less. In order to win customers’ hearts, we need to put in place a very systematic CRM program to trace their behavior and analyze their needs with a vision to exceed customer expectation. The important role of CRM systems has created a huge demand in CRM experts, and our CRM certification is right there to fill this need by training students to effectively plan, launch and manage a CRM system for a corporation,” explained Sanjay Bavisi, Vice President, EC Council, US.

Of the 45-hour training, 21 hours will be spent on CRM case studies in China. “ The 21 hours case study on CRM projects in China are specifically beneficial for students. While many companies are looking to expand their business in the Mainland China, CRM has therefore become a hot topic and a viable tool for development,” said Catherine Chan, Executive Director, IPDC. “After all, the value of our CRM training not only lies in helping students pass the CRM certification exam, but also the sharing of practical knowledge and experience on real-life CRM system applications.”
