General Points
- Please include a "physical address" for our shipping carrier to deliver your parcel.
- Most orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 48 working hours of the receipt of the order and/or 24 hours of credit card processing.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Foreign Shipments
- Shipping charges vary based on customs and taxes for each country.
- Shipping and Handling is calculated based on pre-determined weight and is purely for orders in the United States of America.
- Additional freight charges may apply in other countries.
- If you would like to know the shipment charges for overseas orders, please e-mail orders@eccouncil.org for advice.
Non Delivery of Shipments
Please note that we will not accept orders from the following countries as we have distributors representing EC-Council in those countries and as such, you are advised to order directly from them. Please mail orders@eccouncil.org for further details:

Returns Policy
Customers will be allowed 10 days for returns and charged a 30% restocking fee plus any shipping charges for both the return and the new order selected.
International Logistics Center (IDC)
- Please note that IDC will be responsible for all the shipping and delivery of EC-Council products and they are based based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Preferred Logistics Handler
- Please note that the preferred handler for all EC-Council packages is United Parcel Service (UPS)
- A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch of the goods.
