Jothi is a highly sought after international public speaker on a variety of topics, author, mentor, and health and wellness life coach. With a lifelong commitment to empowering people to take charge of their health, wellness, career, and their life as a whole, Jothi founded the Power of Healing 360 holistic wellness practice.<\/p>\n

Topic Abstract: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Every woman has a story that they bring with them wherever they go, and it makes them who they are today.  However, that story <\/span>can <\/span><\/i>be changed if it is not an empowering one<\/span>.<\/span>  Cybersecurity, being one of many fields that are predominantly <\/span>male dominated<\/span>,<\/span> is one which <\/span>woman<\/span> currently are underrepresented <\/span>and<\/span> unempowered<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/i> T<\/span>he unique perspectives, experiences, skills, mindset, and critical thinking abilities, as well as emotional intelligence that women bring<\/span>,<\/span> are not appreciated <\/span>as much as they should <\/span>be.  <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

By understanding the psychology of women and <\/span>c<\/span>yber, we can <\/span>bring <\/span>more <\/span>d<\/span>iversity in the <\/span>c<\/span>yber field<\/span>.<\/span> We can also <\/span>educate, inform, and empower women to not only break through the glass ceiling but to be pioneers and change the landscape of <\/span>c<\/span>yber and how we think of <\/span>it<\/span>.  <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The very field of <\/span>c<\/span>yber is often miscategorized as a purely technical field<\/span>. This misconception has driven <\/span>many women away.  In this webinar, we will learn that <\/span>c<\/span>yber is an all<\/span>–<\/span>encompassing field, one that is broad and inclusive of all abilities, skills, strengths, life paths, and experiences<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
