Theme and concept changes will be considered a new Marketing Request, therefore a New Form will need to be submitted.
The Marketing requests will be routed through Seemaa and then passed it to the Content / Design/ Social Media team respectively after the internal checks
In case the information provided is not sufficient or clear – she will come back to you for appropriate info ; once this is cleared it will be reviewed and sent further to internal teams.
The campaign needs to be given by a team member mentioning department and reporting manager.
All requests for course calendars have to come a minimum of 3 weeks before the actual event for Social Media postings.
In case of urgent requests like unplanned events, cancellations, changes in schedule, etc., the request must be approved by NK (Director – Marketing)
Ensure that you fill in all fields for better results.
Turn Around Time (TAT)
Social Media/ Email Marketing
For a new design/visual – 2-3 business days
For new content/text/copy – 2-3 working days
For edits in content/text/copy – 1 working day
For edits in design/visual – 1 working day
Overall TAT for Version 1: 6-8 working days
*All content must be vetted by the Content team, the turnaround time will be 24 working hours.
Any NEW request / brief that comes in by 11.00 am will be considered on the same day else it will be counted from the next day
For new page design requests, please allow 3 business days, after content is approved. For existing page updates, please allow 2 business days, after content is approved.
Please note: The marketing team will NOT entertain repetitive edits after the first version is delivered. Please take a look at the SOP defined below for clarity.
Your request is important to us. We will appreciate it if you could wait out the TAT before following up. A delay in the flow will only result in a delay in the delivery. If completed earlier, we will happily inform you
Client (person requesting) to fill the respective form and submit.
Seemaa will review the request and will come back to you with queries.
According to the TAT, the team will respond with Version 1 (V1) of the requested item, after queries are addressed.
If there are any changes needed, the client must send across one email with a collection of all edits to be made.
According to the TAT, the team will then seek approval from the Business Head + NK with Version 2 (V2) of the requested item.
If there are any further MINOR edits needed, according to the TAT, the team will make those edits (Version 3).
The marketing team will then send the client Version 3 (V3) (FINAL version) of the requested item.
Please ensure your request comes in beginning of regular working day (before 11.00 am will be considered for the same day else it will be counted from the next day )NOTE – The design team will take the request only once the copy or content is approved
SOP for Email Blast (IMEA region) with GDPR Compliance
The person requesting the blast must
Create a folder with the region names and/or country names
Consolidate your region-data in one sheet – .xls, .csv (no .rar file) (no more than one sheet per region)
To the region folder, add the sample creative reference, EDM Request form, EDM Blast Calendar
Subject lines have to be submitted as per recommended standards, especially including key search words. Subject line will be reviewed by NK
Upload it on Sharepoint
Marketing will do the cleansing for duplicates against the lead Database
Marketing will check for UNSUBSCRIBES in Constant Contact
Email Blast goes out
The total process turnaround time will be 2 days
NOTE – All the above process is subject to the creative (V3) being pre-approved by Marketing and the content going through a language check by Amber (will be done by Marketing)

L1 GDPR and Data Compliance with DPIA (Data protection Impact Assessment) for all people who procure data from outside has been shared by Vivek with Sales and Legal Teams
All sales folks can do an initial level of check and all 2nd level checks are currently being done by Vivek.
Data procurement SOP has already been created by Vivek.
We will need documented proof that you’ve signed up for these SOPs.
