What if I'm new to EC-Council product line or need help to answer the exam questions?
You will need to visit our entire website and study the various programs and certifications we offer.
What happens if I start an exam but can't complete it in 45 minutes due to an interruption? Can I stop the clock?
No. After 45 minutes, the questions you have answered will be marked. If you haven't reached the 80% pass level you will have to re-sit the exam. Most candidates find that, uninterrupted, an exam only takes about 15 minutes to complete. So if you are distracted for a few minutes, you may still have enough time to finish.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. It is free to EC-Council Accredited Training Centers (ATC)
What happens if I do not reach the 80% pass mark?
You simply take it again. We do not limit the number of times an exam can be taken or record how many times you need to re-sit. The main aim is to increase the sales person's knowledge of EC-Council training and certification programs.
How many people can take the CESS exam in my company?
Every sales and marketing person in your organization is eligible.
What do I receive when I pass?
You will be able to download a PDF copy of the CESS certificate with your name on it. It is suitable for framing.
I do not work for an EC-Council ATC. Can I still take the CESS exam?
No. Only people who work for EC-Council ATCs are eligible.
