Bio: Clark Rahman is a results-driven cybersecurity leader with 15+ years of experience spanning cyber operations, risk management, and executive-level advisory. He designs and implements comprehensive cybersecurity and governance programs for enterprise and regulated industries, aligning security strategies with leading frameworks, including the NIST CSF, HIPAA, CMMC, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS, to ensure compliance and long-term resilience.
Throughout his career, Clark has excelled at bridging the gap between technical execution and executive strategy, serving as a trusted vCISO and consultant to organizations seeking to advance their cybersecurity maturity.

Terrence “Terry” McGraw,CEO of Cape Endeavors Inc
Bio:
Terrence “Terry” McGraw is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Army and currently serves as the CEO of Cape Endeavors, Inc. He brings over 25 years of expertise in cybersecurity threat analysis, security architecture, network operations, and incident response across commercial and government sectors.
Terry previously served as the Vice President of Global Cyber Threat Research and Analysis for Dell SecureWorks. He retired from the United States Army in 2014 after 27 years of service, the last 10 of which were spent leading key cyber initiatives for the Army’s Network Enterprise and Technology Command, Army Cyber Command, and the National Security Agency (NSA). He has completed multiple combat tours, including his culminating assignment as the Director of Operations for Task Force Signal Afghanistan, 160th Signal Brigade (FWD), overseeing all strategic communications infrastructure in the theater of operations.
