Singapore June 3, 2010 – As virtualization cuts across the globe by improving the availability and efficiency of IT resources in all data center, Questex Media organized a Virtualization and Storage Symposium Conference. This event was designed to bring clarity and understanding between virtual servers and data center infrastructure and the impact of a virtualized infrastructure on storage.

Jay Bavisi, President of EC-Council, was invited to keynote the event, and his presentation focused on virtualization security. During the highly informative session, Jay shared the highlights of effective security management in a virtual environment. He emphasized that while corporations around the world race to embrace this technology; they must not miss the risks that are inherent in implementing such technology without adequate focus and planning. Jay also stated that security should be viewed from a holistic perspective and stressed on the importance of information security education and training.

The conference, held at The Grand Hyatt, was attended by over 200 people, and attendees also heard from representatives of VMWare and NetApp, some of the top virtualization technology companies.
