The collaboration between Bahrain’s Tamkeen, a public authority responsible for the skills development of the Kingdom’s workforce, and EC-Council, a trusted global leader in cybersecurity workforce development, have resulted in Tamkeen endorsing the Certified Application Security Engineer program (CASE .Net & CASE Java) for all Bahrainis.
These 2 programs were added to Tamkeen’s specially approved list of training programs curated to uplift the much-needed cyber skills development in Bahrain. These two training & certification programs prepare software professionals to create secure applications developed in .NET and Java.
EC-Council’s CASE programs are unique in that it focuses on how code are developed with security in mind – across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): planning, creating, testing, and deploying an application.
Cybersecurity including the critical aspects of application security are critical needs both within Bahrain and globally. With the rise in cyberattacks everywhere, it has become vital for software professionals to have strong skills around cybersecurity. CASE training and certification equips Bahrainis with globally required skill sets in secure application development to meet rising requirements from companies hiring for cybersecurity and application security jobs.
