FutureLearn division is proud to announce its partnership with EC-Council’s CodeRed to promote cyber security learning. With FutureLearn being one of the world’s largest providers of online courses and degrees, the partnership will bring EC-Council’s expertise in cyber security to over 16 million learners, and provide a much needed resource for the growing shortage of cyber security talent.
The first FutureLearn offerings from the partnership include a 15-week ‘Cyber Security Foundations: Start Building Your Career in Cyber Defense’ ExpertTrack as well as a 9-week ‘Advanced Cyber Security Training’ ExpertTrack. Identifying vulnerabilities, protecting applications and penetration testing are just some of the skills that learners can expect to encounter in these particular pathways.
EC Council has always played an important role in bridging the capacity skill gap in the Cyber security field. The new association with FutureLearn aims to empower cyber enthusiasts further with CodeRed’s online learning programs.
CodeRed currently has its own online Cyber security Learning platform with 10000+ videos on trending topics in cyber security, curated by leading industry experts and published authors.
The courses are currently available to join on FutureLearn.com and learners can complete them at their own pace.
EC-Council’s CodeRed is a subscription-based learning platform for busy cyber professionals. It offers premium content along with new courses that are added weekly.
