What would not have been possible without CEH?
I successfully achieved the ECSA Practical. The CEH course and exam provided me with a good understanding of the basics and key concepts and ensured I had a good foundation to move on to something more challenging. Without that, I don’t think I would have achieved this level.
How did CEH contribute to your career?
I think it’s important to think of the CEH as the start of a journey. For me, it’s where it all started, but it’s by no means the end. Cyber security wasn’t a new field for me when I started the CEH. However, ethical hacking as a specialism was.
During the pandemic, did your role become more challenging? If so, how?
In my current role, I am responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems in secure environments, where security is paramount. During ‘lockdown,’ I had to put forward a new system design and have this successfully clear a ‘CHECK’.
