Two giants in education collaborate to make cyberspace more secure

EC-Council and Santosh Rungta Group, Raipur enters into a strategic partnership with the Rungta Group signing agreements with EC-Council to become its Academia Partner. This alliance comes in the wake of the Indian Government’s ambitious target of providing skill training to 40.2 crore people by 2022. The skill training programme between the two organisations has been formalized on April 30, 2016. Apart from providing training and certification to its own students, Rungta group will be providing skill training to students of other organisations as well through its Rungta Skill Academy.

Santosh Rungta group becomes the Academia Partner of EC-Council, the cyber security major, the first academic partnership in the sunrise state Chattisgarh. This strategic alliance comes in the wake of the Indian Government’s ambitious target of skilling 40.2 crore personnel by 2022 across different industry verticals. EC-Council being a specialist in Cyber Security training and certification services has been doing a commendable job in the domain. The Cyber Security major already has to its credit, training and certifying around 120,000 personnel from across the world. Through this partnership, both the organisations plan to provide training and certification services to around 20,000 students annually to bridge the ever rising skill gap of InfoSec professionals which is the dire need of the industry at this hour. The Raipur based academic group plans to promote CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), the flagship course of EC-Council along with the latest version of the basic security certification CSCU (Certified Secure Computer User) – CSCUv2 in its own campus.

Apart from its own students, the Rungta group will be providing training services for EC-Council certifications to students of other institutes as well, all through India, through the Rungta Skill Academy. Every candidate who successfully completes the training will be awarded the respective certification by EC-Council. As with all of its other partners, the training will be delivered by Rungta group itself all across the country, through a series of academic tie ups. The association between the two organisations is already spread across the state of Chattisgarh with the VIPs and VVIPs attending the formalization of the association.

The association between the two organisations dawns in a new era of cyber security training in the sunrise state of Chattisgarh.
