The EC-Council CISO Summit series has registered huge success in all the places it was organised in the past few years. Some of our prior events include: India (Pune), Lass Vegas; NV; Miami FL; MO; St. Louis; Atlanta; GA to mention a few.
The history of excellence repeated in 2015, second time in India! The “Silicon Valley of India”, Bengaluru hosted the eighth edition of the prestigious EC-Council Global CISO Summit series. EC-Council Global CISO Summit series stands apart from the rest being an epitome of knowledge sharing.
The Global CISO Summit 2015, India with the theme of “Agile Security in a Dynamic Threat Landscape” was EC-Council’s first executive event located outside of the US and shaped up to be the must-attend conference of the year in India. Although there were many executive conferences in India, the August 1, 2015 EC-Council Global CISO Summit stood apart by being a closed-door, invitation only event – meaning high-level executives can feel comfortable discussing their biggest challenges and learn from their peers strategies to overcome them. The Global CISO Summit India was organized by EC-Council, a certification body working closely with a board of high-level advisors the “Organizing Committee” – advisors who represented some of the highest-level information security professionals in India.
EC-Council, a progressive body with unbound presence, is working relentlessly in the domain of Information Security in spearheading the movement of making the world “Cyber Secure”. This eminent movement has made quantum leaps since the year of its inception in 2001. Such progress would not have been possible without the support of our astute partners. The onus now is on us to bridge the gap between the supply and demand of cyber security professionals. EC-Council, together with its partners, has the capacity to train 60,000 cyber security professionals by the end of 2015. In a bid to turn this vision into reality we invite our global partners from India for a symposium – EC-Council Global Partner Conference where we have representatives from NASSCOM, Cert-In, CSI and Vodafone as our thought leaders.
