As reported by News AU, in an urgent press conference in Canberra, Prime Minister Scott Morrison stated that “(the attack) is a sophisticated, state-based cyber actor because of the scale and nature of the targeting and the tradecraft used. Regrettably, this activity is not new. Frequency has been increasing.”
Recent figures also show that the Australian cybersecurity industry needs over 18,000 skilled cybersecurity professionals. The MCEH program by EC-Council will equip aspiring professionals with advanced ethical hacking skills to combat and defend businesses from black-hat hackers.
